VoIP vs non-VoIP: VoIP numbers run on internet-phone lines; non-VoIP numbers usually come from mobile carrier lines. Some apps restrict VoIP numbers more, so check the item notes before ordering.

Number type, price and message content are all in plain sight, so you can decide for yourself.

Alipay, plus the cryptocurrencies USDT (BEP20 and TRC20 networks) and USDC (Base network). Top-ups go to your account balance and are used to buy numbers.
Not always. The target app decides based on its own verification policy, regional rules and number history; SMS Duo cannot guarantee a third party's decision.
A temporary virtual number may not suit banking, identity or other important accounts that need re-verification later. Think about future login and recovery before you link one.
You can browse the catalog without signing in; register and top up once you find a number that fits.

Look up the carrier, the line type (mobile / landline / VoIP), whether the number is VoIP or prepaid, plus a risk level. US and Canada numbers (+1) are supported.
Look up the country, ISP, residential / datacenter / proxy type and whether the address is a known VPN, plus a risk level. Your current IP is filled in.

You only need to confirm once (we will ask again if the price changes).
Virtual-number prices change with target service, country, number type and live stock. SMS Duo shows the current price before purchase so you can compare options first.
Catalog prices are for one number. Topping up only adds wallet balance — it is not a purchase and not the sale price of a number.
Sign in, open Top up, pick a method and currency, then confirm the current threshold. If the minimum cannot be loaded, retry or contact support.
Open account / consoleThe catalog card price is for one number, not per SMS. Pick service, country and number type, then confirm unit price, quantity, validity options and total in the purchase dialog. First-buy prices can change — use the same live catalog.
Renewal prices (USD) for numbers you already have, separate from first purchase. In the console, tap "Renew" on an active number and confirm the price and period before you are charged.
| Country / type | Renewal fee | Unit per renewal |
|---|---|---|
| US VoIP | $2 | 1 month |
| US Non-VoIP | $12 | 1 month |
| Canada | — | Ordinary renewal not supported |
| Hong Kong | $6 | 3 months |
| United Kingdom | $7.2 | 3 months |
| Indonesia | $6 | 3 months |
| Australia | — | Renewal not open yet |
"1 month" and "3 months" are renewal units; after renewal, the expiry shown for the number is the one that counts. Canada has no online renewal; Australia renewal is not open yet.
First / restart / extend cards in the catalog are different products — not the same as ordinary renewal of an existing number.
There is no single fixed price for every case. Different apps, countries, number classes and stock change what the catalog shows. The accurate approach is to open the live shop, pick the service and country you need, and trust the amount shown before checkout.
WhatsApp, Telegram, Google, Facebook, Discord and others show their own available options. Pick the service you actually need — do not reuse another service’s price.
US, UK, Canada, Hong Kong, Indonesia and other listings can differ in supply; types within the same country may also price differently.
Stock changes. SMS Duo uses the live catalog as the purchase entry — old screenshots, articles or someone else’s order cannot replace the pre-checkout price.
Top-up adds wallet balance; buying deducts the fee shown on that order. The top-up page lists methods and the applicable minimum. After topping up, pick numbers as needed.
This fits on-demand buying: you do not need to keep numbers just to see prices, and you do not need to guess how much a service will deduct.
Click “View live prices” to enter the SMS Duo shop. After picking service and country, check card prices and the purchase confirmation amount.
Search the target app (WhatsApp, Telegram, Google, etc.) and select the service you actually need to verify.
Compare available countries and number classes and confirm there is a fit.
After signing in, re-check service, country, quantity and the on-page fee, then purchase.
What SMS verification costs depends on the exact service and number you pick. A cheap number for the wrong service has no value; availability in the catalog also does not mean every third party must accept it. Platforms decide by their own rules, regions and number history.
If the account is important or will be bound long-term, judge whether a temporary virtual number fits, and set other recovery options when the platform allows. How long a number lasts should follow the order’s shown validity — not an assumed fixed length.
No. Prices change with service, country, number type and stock — check the live catalog.
Open the shop, pick service and country; the page shows the current price before checkout.
Top-up adds balance; buying deducts the fee shown on that order.
Stock, country, target service and number class all change, so a single fixed price is not promised.
Follow the validity or expiry shown on the actual order.
No such guarantee. Acceptance is decided by the target platform and may vary by number and region.
Pick a service and country, then compare real options and fees before ordering.
Answers on virtual numbers, online OTP SMS, ordering, validity, live prices, platform acceptance and SMS Duo support.
In the live catalog choose the target service and country. Confirm per-number pricing, quantity and validity options before buying. Top-up adds balance; the minimum is shown on the top-up screen.
Enter the order’s number into the target service, request SMS, then open “View SMS” in the console. “Waiting for SMS” means no new message yet — it is not a read/save failure. Keep any error text and contact support if needed.
Saved messages stay in SMS history and can be reopened later. Use the number list’s actual expiry for validity — do not treat purchase time or SMS time as expiry.
Check country code, number, selected service and order validity, and whether the target platform actually sent SMS or showed a restriction. Waiting is not a per-SMS quota and does not guarantee delivery later. SMS history and waiting state can coexist.
US VoIP / Non-VoIP renewals are commonly 1 month each; Hong Kong, UK and Indonesia are commonly 3 months. Canada has no ordinary renewal; Australia renewal is not open yet. Completed orders show real expiry — do not assume free/auto renewal or permanent keep. Fees are typically ~50% of first-buy price (order quote wins).
View full renewal notesProvide order ID, relevant times, selected service and any prompts, plus checks you already did. Use the Telegram support entry; never share passwords, API keys, SMS bodies or full receive links. Assigned numbers are non-refundable (see 'What if no SMS arrives?'). For balance issues, send your order ID to support.
Open supportIt lets you pick currently available virtual numbers and read related OTP SMS online. SMS Duo keeps service selection, country/number catalog, order status and messages in one account.
A number that can receive supported SMS without a physical SIM. It is not a private long-term SIM; available services, countries and classes follow the live catalog.
Sign in and top up, pick the target service and available country, buy a number, enter it on the target platform, then read messages on the SMS Duo order or “View SMS” page.
Browse SMS Duo’s current foreign options such as US, UK, Canada or Hong Kong. Stock changes and platforms may reject some numbers — trust checkout-time and platform results.
For that verification step you usually need not enter your private number. That is not full anonymity; SMS Duo account, order and payment data still follow platform policy.
Open the catalog, pick WhatsApp and an available country, buy, enter the number in WhatsApp, then read SMS on the SMS Duo order. Acceptance is decided by WhatsApp.
Pick Telegram and a live number, request Telegram SMS, then return to SMS Duo to read it. Stock and acceptance follow checkout-time results.
Check Google-related options currently listed in the catalog. Google may not require a phone, or may require, reject or limit some numbers — success is not guaranteed every time.
Check number/country code, matching service, order still valid, and any platform restriction. Delay, rejection or number rules can also block delivery. Share the order ID with support if investigation is needed.
Validity differs by order. Use the validity/expiry on the order — do not assume one fixed length.
Target platforms decide by their own verification policy, region rules, number history and reuse limits. SMS Duo cannot guarantee third-party acceptance.
Once a number is assigned, the purchase is final and non-refundable, even if no code arrives. If no number is assigned, you are not charged and can retry or pick another country. If no code arrives in time, you can extend the time.
It varies by service, country, number type and stock. The catalog shows the live price before checkout; you can also read the pricing page.
No. Top-up adds balance; buying deducts the order fee. Minimum top-up and methods follow the top-up page.
Temporary virtual numbers may not suit banking, ID or accounts that re-verify often. Plan recovery and set other channels when the platform allows.
The live catalog shows current countries and number classes. Supply changes — open the shop for today’s options.
Use the Telegram support entry (t.me/SMSLai). Include the order ID; never send passwords or payment secrets.
Pick a target service and country, then confirm stock and price before ordering.
Buy numbers and read SMS over a REST API. Authenticate with X-Api-Key; balance is shared with the web console.

You earn 10% of what your friends actually pay, usable after 7 days. Purchases paid with bonus credit or transferred commission don't earn commission. Friends must sign up with your invite link or code, and only orders with an assigned number count; support compensation earns no commission; if an order is refunded, its commission is reversed.
Available commission can be: ① converted to balance — min $5, no fee, only usable for buying numbers and cannot be reversed; ② withdrawn to Alipay or USDT-TRC20 — min $100, 5% fee paid by you, manual review, usually paid within 1–3 business days after approval. Alipay is converted to CNY at the rate on the review day; USDT is paid at 1 USDT = $1.
Self-referrals (e.g. several accounts from the same sign-up network) earn no commission.
